It is said when he will generate e admit card, he will get change scribe format or new scribe format.

A friend will appear at the secundrabad RRB exam early next month. Now he wants to change his scribe because the fellow he enrolled previously will not b available due to illness.
The application or the web site does not contain any contact info where he ccan present his application for change of scribe. Please help.
