hello sir,
1) it is not a dual sym phone.
2) as  far as  question is concern for qwerty keypad, then it depends
on you. as you'll start using it, you'll eventually feel it very
familiar.. it resembles  to our general computer keyboard.
3) not sure about its recording capability, but yes, there are some
softwares, that have unlimited  recording capability..
