[AI] Denial of loan in HDFC Bank at Hyderabad

Hello Friends
I fail to understand the phrase: "But they forced me for guarantor for it". guarantor is required for every loan, and we  should not link general formalities with our disability.
Did they require any special guarantee on account of your blindness?
