[AI] any screen reading software for telugu?

We can create documents using English keyboard with Multilingual Sound Editor of IIT Madras and the software is given free after a few days of training at Vidya Vrikshah, Chennai but it's not a good one.

I believe SAFA supports Telugu too, not sure though.
