I am afraid Akhilesh it is not correct. In fact, anybody can argue her his case, LL.B. degree along with registration at bar is a must for taking up a client's case.

As far as I know, According to Advocate act 1961 to argue his or her
case, a person should at least have a LL.B. digree.
