More important is to get all information relating to government offices in accessible format.
ThEven UNCRPD hints at it.
But, that is not to be seen on the horizon right now.

Higher secondary mark sheets now in Braille

KOLKATA: Visually challenged students appearing for the Higher Secondary Examinations in the state can now get a feel of the marks secured by them first hand as the West Bengal Council for Higher Secondary Education has introduced Braille mark-sheets for them. In a decision taken last year, visually challenged students who appeared for their exams this year can get their mark-sheets in Braille, said Malay Roy, Deputy Secretary (Exams) of the council on Tuesday.
"The intention of introducing the mark-sheets in Braille is so that the student can experience the fruits of their labour themselves - a chance to see them through your own touch," he added. Even though the council wants to promote differently-abled persons to appear for exams there are only about 50 visually challenged students out of the lakhs of students who took the examination this year, Mr. Roy said.
