No you are wrong. King James' version has probably the best written
prose in English language that finds its relevance even today. One of
the things good journalists often recommend to their juniors is to read
the KJV. This is true with general writing as well.

Hello, Bible can not be refered to as a source of study and practice of
English spellings and grammar, since it uses old English.[No offense
meant] With a little bit of effert, one can obtain sufficient reading
matterial in the form of foreign Braille magazines.
