[AI] PNB CREDIT CARD FACILITY TO BLIND CUSTOMERS

So, what is the moral of the story? Which banks allowcredit cards and which 
banks ATM? I am really frustrated with banks. In fact, I am a bit nervous. 
They always barrage me with questions.
