[AI] Error Connecting to broadband.

I also have the same problem, but mostly it is the exchange problem.
I have to complain to the office, but some times, they dont listen.
But mostly it is solved.
There is a problem of getting error 678 the phone line is busy and 718 the 
remote computer did not answer.
