[AI] tally accessibility with jaws

Dear friend,

JAWS supports all versions of Tally from version 5.4 onwards. I am 
personally using Tally 5.4 & 7.2.

I do not have the download link handy at present but you will find the 
scrips on the website of NAB Delhi.
