[AI] Microsoft Outlook problem!

You may have assigned ctrl-m as the hotkey for Microsoft Word. In order to 
test this, close Outlook and then press ctrl-m. If MS Word opens, you will 
know for sure that this is the case. If so, use the function key F5 to send 
and receive messages in Outlook.
