Hi,

These are just statistics.  Also, abuse is a relative term and is also
related to culture.  As far as I know, it has very little to do with the
status of development of a country.

This news item is very disturbing. If such things takes place in such large
numbers in the developed world, one can just wonder what would be the scale
of such abuses taking places in developing world.
