[AI] A peculear problem with IE

I think I have a normal keyboard.
There are Alphabets, Numpad keys, Functions keys, and a pack of six keys for 
insert, page up/down, home end, del.
It does not occur every time but only when I just open kitchensinc or heavy 
website.
