Just an idea flashed in my mind, that we can get together to create a
website where we put up information about different ATMs.
Such a web site could describe each screen along with how to activate
This could also take in to account the exception conditions.
And if possible, banks could give their inputs or they could have such a
discription at their website.

Rajesh they havent suggested it I have. I need to crack this problem once
and for all.
I am not expecting the volunteer to come with a trusted person.
I need the volunteer who can do it independently.
I will ensure that the volunteer has tried the ATM before putting the
volunteer in front of the RBI. I will also check that there is no touch
screen and I will explain it to the RBI. Please no doubts at this stage. We
are trying all options.
No volunteers as yet what happened to everybody on this list?
Thanks Vetri we might have to use you if the Bombayites fail.
Come on folks I need help and I think the cause needs help.
