Is it not ironical for banks like HDFC to be introducing this service,
without doing anything to make sure that they serve their VI customers
in a fair and equal manner?

Housing development and finance corporation that is hdfc in colabration
with 
employment department of national association for the blind is starting
a 
call centre run by the vision impaired persons at mumbai.
The call centre agent is expected to work in excel spreadsheet and able
to 
comunicate in English over telephone.
initially there will be only two agents and the number be increased in
due 
course.
The interviews for the same shall be conducted on 8th August at 4 p.m.
at 
nab's head office at warli seaface in Mumbai.
