many many thanks for the message. this is the cause that i am
fighting. with the help of indian association for the visually
handicapped mumbai and state bank of india, we could establish an
electronic reading centre for the blind in lucknow university in 200.
since then i am travelling from post to pillar for its start of
functioning and this month i am successful to an extent that a project
for the centre for the blind has been recommended to universities
grants commission new delhi. i hope some thing will come out. in the
same way we have to struggle with joint venture for further problems.
in this age constant and proper persuation brings definite results.
