Yes indeed BSNL is extremely dis organized even I have been having several
difficulties with my connection

Absence of user name and password, as far as I know, hints at a serious
problem. Maybe, it is there, and he has checked the box for remembering it
when connecting. Please check, and get it as soon as maybe, especially when
there are reports of misuse of internet accounts!
