[AI] hdfc ATM card

I went to UTI Bank today to open a Savings Account jointly with my niece 
with all banking facility. The branch manager quoted from the IBA guideline 
to express his inability to do that. He however said that he is sending an 
E-mail to his head office to seek their opinion on the matter.
